DirectLowCost.Com lets you track the status of your orders at any time in the "Current orders" section (ORANGE container) in the top centre of the screen, after you have logged in to your account.
Furthermore, whenever you log in to your account, four buttons are immediately available:
- "Update current order" adjusts the quantities and prices of your pre-selection.
- "Add products" provides instant access to the catalogue and prices
- "Confirm order" generates a summary of your current order.
- "Start a new order" provides instant access to the catalogue and prices
Additionally, clicking on the ORANGE container opens a screen listing all
your past orders on DirectLowCost.Com, with each order's date, number, amount,
loading date and estimated time of arrival (ETA).
“Your last order” can have
one of five different statuses:
- Your order is pending acceptance by DirectLowCost.Com
- Your order has been sent to our logistics centre and is being packed
- Your order was loaded on ../../.. (ETD)
- Your order has arrived at the destination port (ATA)
- Your order is scheduled for delivery on ../../..
