You can choose between two container sizes for your "shopping basket":

1. Become a customer
Your account is created when you place your first order with DirectLowCost.Com.
Your account
On DirectLowCost.Com, you can manage your customer account independently. Access is via a button in the top right of the screen. For example, you can display all your orders, modify an order that has not yet been dispatched, change your password and manage your delivery addresses*.
*NB: For each order, there must be no more than two different delivery addresses, in the same area and served by the same destination port, which must be located in the same country. (terms applicable to France and Spain)

Looking for a sofa, bedroom furnishings, a coffee table, a complete lounge suite ... or maybe some light fittings?
Browse easily between product categories by clicking on the tabs on the left of each screen. To help you refine your search, products are also organised into subcategories and sub-subcategories
Example: The STORAGE category contains the WARDROBE subfamily, which might in turn have several sub-subcategories: TWO-DOOR WARDROBE, THREE-DOOR WARDROBE, etc.

Each product sold on our site is presented in detail on its own page, by means of its "product data sheet".
The information on this page includes:
- An image of the product, which you can enlarge
- A description of the product
- A product USP
- Useful information
- Care and cleaning recommendations (for certain products)
- Product dimensions
- Package dimensions
- DDP price or CIF price
4. Fill your container
At DirectLowCost.Com, the process is the same as with a conventional trading group. You are assigned a container, to which you add all the items that you want to order directly.

Whenever you click "Add to container" for a product and a related quantity, DirectLowCost.Com automatically and instantly calculates the container's fill rate.
5. Confirm your order
When your container is
100% full, it is time to "
Confirm your order".
However, at any time, it is possible to confirm your order at a
fill rate less than 100%, subject to payment of a
surcharge proportional to the void rate relative to the cost of a full container
The purchase order form is set out on two pages:
- Summary of the various item lines that make up the order (item no. quantity, price per product line, etc.)
- Delivery address for each product (up to a maximum of two different delivery addresses per area, per container)
- Confirmation of the "Customer credit term" (45- 75-105- 135 days)
- Acceptance of the DirectLowCost.com "Terms and Conditions"
After confirming all the details in your order summary, you can
confirm your order.
